​Studying slowly, patiently, with depth and integrity is far preferable to fast and shallow learning. Some courses are continued congruently or many times a year with the intent to build personal relationship with the practice while in community. In other courses, which are offered only once or twice per year, we take a deep dive and sometimes integrate 1:1 sessions to continue personal integration. Recordings of all live-streamed classes are made available.

Gentle Yoga Asana

A four week course, gently-paced and grounded in the belief that body and breath are powerful vehicles of transformation available to everyone.

Each week, we will focus on a seasonal practice which includes breath, movement, asana, meditation and/or deep relaxation designed to balance the qualities of the season. Following class, there are recipe giveaways and free information uploaded to your learning library that you can access throughout the year.

Ayurveda: Self Care for Nourishment and Cleansing

Daily Ayurvedic nourishment and cleansing techniques are different than typical fasts or fad programs. They are gentler than many, integrative, and adaptable. Along with the basic lens of Ayurveda, set up a rhythm of self care in community.



Pranayama translates to “vital life expansion”. In this six week online course, you will learn classical pranayama techniques, several meditation techniques, and you will step into an intimate and profound relationship with the breath. Seating can be on the floor or in a chair.

Traditional Hatha Yoga

Inspired by the Sivananda Yoga Ashrams, this class is challenging but simply taught with breath based cues in asana, all classes of yoga poses with holds, basic pranayama, and long savasana.
