I have shifted to offering this course for those who identify as women, mainly because I personally crave a space where we can lean away from the hyper masculine environments and into a more fluid sort of facilitation for life. Many of us try to fit ourselves into boxes that do not suit us and I want to create a space for us to speak to the rigid pressures, the specific kinds of transitions we may go through in our lives, and lean towards finding the strength in softness. If this resonates for you, please bring it! We will grow together.
