At Home Immersion

One year of Ayurveda: Ancient Wisdom
for daily life

Ayurveda, the traditional sister science of yoga, offers an accessible framework for understanding health through the lens of nature, rhythm, and individual constitution.

This immersion introduces the core teachings of Ayurveda and explores how they can be applied in everyday life.

Participants will explore how diet, lifestyle, movement, and rest influence physical health, emotional balance, and spiritual well-being. Health is redefined beyond symptom management and individuals empower themselves to make personalized choices to greater align with nature as well as their unique inner nature.
