Pranayama translates to “vital life expansion”. In this five week online course, you will learn yogic breathing and meditation techniques. Learn to harness your breath as a tool for stress relief, enhanced energy, mental clarity, and deeper spiritual connection. These time-tested practices help calm the nervous system, balance emotions, and awaken your body's natural healing potential. From simple awareness exercises to more refined breathing techniques, you'll build a sustainable practice. For the practice, you are welcome to sit on the floor or in a chair. Wherever you are situated in the world, recordings are offered for those who miss. Live Online Sessions are Tuesdays 5:30 pm - 6:30 EST. Starting February 17th, 5 weeks each Tuesday. No Set Price.
