Ripe Banana Pudding

Ingredients

1. Ripe Bananas

2. Raw Sugar

2 ounces

4. Cardamom powder

1 pinch 

6. Ghee

1 ounce

8. Banana Chips

10- 20  (optional)

10. Almond Essence

1/2 tsp 

1. Ripe Bananas

3. Water

7 ounces

5. Clove powder

1 pinch

7. Walnuts

7 whole

9. Slivered almonds

to taste (optional)

Ayurvedic Information

There are many times when a laxative may be needed but a commercial grade or even an herbal medicine may be counter indicated. It is at this time, such as pregnancy, when we must rely on foods at hand primarily. Ripe banana pudding is an energizing snack or an afternoon dessert to help keep it moving. Gooey, warming, and sweet, this nutritive recipe is vāta pacifying primarily. 

Method of Preparation

Soak Chia Seeds overnight

Heat the water

Mix all ingredients & blend

Then cool to room temp and serve
