Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients

1. Chopped Papaya

1 cup

3. Cardamom powder

1 pinch

5. Warm water

1 cup

7. Chia seed 

1 tsp

2. Fresh Figs

3-4

4. Rock salt

1 pinch 

6. Cinnamon powder

1 pinch

Ayurvedic Information

When it's dryness and depletion at the root of constipation, it is best not to have cold items like iced drinks. Furthermore, most smoothies with the varied combinations of vegetables, fruits, nuts, and sometimes even dairy can create a heavy sludge for the digestive tract to process. A smoothie at room temperature with easeful and simple combinations like simple fruits and water, along with digestive spices to ease the process of the digestion of fast sugars, can be beneficial. Papaya is such a fruit that can be mildly laxative. Have just the right amount of this smoothie. Sip it slowly over time.. Smooth in quality, you may find it soothing in moments of dry and rough qualities in your guts

Heat the water

Mix all ingredients & blend

Then cool to room temp and serve
